This Harken 29 mm Pivoting Lead Block Carbo-Cam cleat features the same hole spacing and rivet size as the classic model boat blocks, but has also been fitted with cams that are used as halyard controls on larger keelboats.
The cam reverses for either up or down cleating, and also allows this high-strength pivoting lead block to be used as head knockers on dinghies and beachcats for sheeting directly to the boom, or as a becket block.
